  4. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT VIA THE INTERNETEach contract relating to the purchase of products will be signed in Italian. In order to proceed with the purchase of one or more products via the Internet, the Customer must first register on the Site providing, in compliance with the provisions regarding the protection of personal data, all the information and data necessary for Morel Srl to proceed with the exact execution of the orders placed. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT BY TELEPHONEThe Customer can contact the customer service at 035241338, provided that he has already registered on the Site, also to forward an order by communicating to the operator all the data necessary for its completion (name, surname, email address, shipping address, address billing). Also in this case Morel Srl has the right to accept or not the orders received and, in case of non-acceptance, the customer will not be able to advance any rights or claims against Morel Srl for any reason.

PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS The prices of the products published on the Site are inclusive of VAT and do not include any taxes, duties or taxes applicable in the country of destination of the Products which, if different from Europe, will be charged to the customer. Morel Srl reserves the right to be able to change the prices published on the Site at any time without prior notice. These changes are not applicable to customers who, at the time of the change, have already forwarded the order.
  7. SHIPMENTThe products ordered by the Customer will be delivered by Morel Srl within a few days of receiving the order and in any case after receiving the confirmation of payment. The delivery terms possibly contained in the Order Confirmation are purely indicative and therefore not binding. Morel Srl cannot therefore be held responsible for damages deriving from any delayed deliveries, nor will it be able to recognize any penalty for delayed delivery. In particular, Morel Srl cannot be held responsible for any delay deriving from the Customer’s failure to specify all the information necessary for delivery or for any other cause beyond his control. Morel Srl avails itself of the collaboration of the express courier Mail box Etc, which preferentially relies on the courier GLS. The shipment can be tracked at any time from the courier’s website through the shipping code (tracking number) that is provided by the courier. If the Customer requests a shipment through a different logistic partner, the ownership of the ordinary Products and the relative risk of loss and damage will be considered transferred by Morel Srl to the Customer at the time of delivery of the products to the carrier. The shipping costs charged to the customer are equal to € 9.00 for the whole Italian territory, free for orders equal to € XXXXX of expenditure. For orders of higher amounts made through the express courier Mail box Etc, the shipping costs will be entirely absorbed by Morel Srl.
  8. PAYMENTS The payment of the price of the ordered products can be made with deferred payment in 3 interest-free installments with  Klarna, or by credit or debit card Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and / or other similar cards through the Multisafepay system and PayPal, or by bank transfer to the bank details indicated during the purchase and Postepay recharge. For the latter 2 payment methods, the balance must be paid within 3 working days, otherwise the order will be considered canceled. The documents that will be generated upon receipt and confirmation of the order will have the form of “counter sales”, comparable to classic tax receipts. In the event that the Customer needs to receive an invoice, he must make a specific request when completing the order data and, for this purpose, must indicate all the necessary data (CF in the case of an individual and CF and P. VAT in the case of a company, SDI code and PEC address). Morel Srl reserves the right not to issue the invoice unless requested within the terms expressly provided for.
  9. MOREL SRL LIABILITY EXEMPTIONIn addition to the provisions of the previous point 7 regarding shipping, in no way will Morel Srl be held responsible in the event of failure or delay in delivery of the products ordered, when: it has provided for the regular and timely purchase of the products to cover the order received , but this request has not been satisfied by the suppliers within the agreed time and manner; the impossibility of proceeding with the shipment derives from the unavailability of the products for reasons not attributable to it and not subject to its control; promptly communicated to the customer the unavailability of such products in stock. In each of the previous cases, if the circumstances do not allow the delivery of the products to the customer within 30 (thirty) days of placing the order, and the customer has already made the payment, Morel Srl will undertake to contact the customer to refund undelivered goods or replace them with other goods of equal value. Morel Srl cannot in any way be held responsible for the failure or delay in delivery of the products due to force majeure such as, by way of example but not limited to, strikes, public authority measures, transport difficulties, fires, floods, natural disasters.   10. WARRANTY, AFTER SALES SERVICE AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTSThe regulations regarding the guarantee apply to purchases made. In the case of products affected by faults and defects, the customer is required to promptly contact Morel Srl at the time of discovery of the same and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt. It will be the responsibility of Morel Srl to make full or partial cancellation of the defective items. Replacement is not always guaranteed. The cancellation or replacement will take place within a reasonable period of receipt of the request by the consumer. The customer undertakes to describe in detail and precisely the nature of the defect or defect and to send Morel Srl any document, photographic attachment that may be useful for demonstrating the defect. The customer can use all the means of communication provided to communicate with the company. The customer service of Morel Srl undertakes to take charge of all reports from customers and to provide immediate feedback before proceeding with the return of the product.   12. STOCKSAfter two failed delivery attempts, the package will go into storage and the Customer will be required to retrieve his package at the courier sorting center or to contact Morel Srl in order to release the inventory by paying a penalty of € 10 for arrange for delivery to take place at the desired shipping address. The storage costs will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.
